Herbalife International makes these business tools available to it's Distributors
alone subject to the following conditions;

1. The tools in this section are only approved for use by Herbalife
Distributors in the United Kingdom and Ireland and may not be used
either by individuals who are not Herbalife Distributors or in other countries

2. Distributors must not modify the content of the tools in any way, shape
or form other than to add their personal details to the Distributor
Information box on each piece. The information and designs within are
subject to and protected by international copyright and remain the sole
property of Herbalife International and may not be sold or re-used for
anything other than their intended purpose.

3. All use of this Site and its content by Distributors must be in
accordance with the rules set out in Book 3 of their International Business
Opportunity manual in place from time to time.

4. Although we hope this Site will be of interest to users, we accept no
liability and give no warranties, conditions or other terms (express or
implied) in relation to it and its content, to the fullest extent such
liability can be excluded by law. Any liability is assumed by the
relevant distributor, each of whom is conducting business on its own
behalf and not for or on behalf of Herbalife
